BCLA's Annual Meeting & Luncheon will be held on Friday, June 11th, from 12 - 2pm!! The location will be Buca di Beppos's at 3355 So. University Drive in Davie!!

As always, there will be a featured author, and this year's guest is Neil Plakcy, local author of the four Mahu books: "M...ahu", "Mahu Surfer", "Mahu Fire" and "Mahu Vice". This series features the openly-gay Honolulu police detective Kimo Kanapa'aka. Mr. Plakcy is the incoming President of the Florida chapter of the Mystery Writers of America, and lives in Hollywood, FL.
